A typical case file contains the original complaint and correspondence relating thereto; the complaint analysis prepared in the field office; the recommendation of the local compliance board and its legal advisers; and correspondence of the Compliance Division with the respondent, the appropriate code authority, and the appropriate National Recovery Administration (NRA) industry division concerning adjustment efforts, hearings, and the final disposition of the case; exhibits and papers filed with the National Compliance Board by the respondent; excerpts of minutes of meetings of the Board; and the Board's final recommendation. Files on cases involving a Federal Trade Commission investigation include reports of the Commission's examiners, records of interviews, and exhibits.
